TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement. By accessing supraltux.com or using Supraltux services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.

2. The service. Supraltux provides a business growth analysis and growth-support service, including a free growth diagnosis and paid plans (Guided Growth and Growth Partner). Features and plans may change.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If using Supraltux for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.

4. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

5. Plans, payment, and cancellation. Paid plans (Guided Growth and Growth Partner) are subscription plans billed monthly, in advance, using the payment method provided. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month service period. You may cancel your paid plan at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for any period after that. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current or any past billing period; you retain access to your plan for the time period you have already paid for. Prices may change. If we change the price of a plan, we will give you advance notice before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply to your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, including: submitting false or unlawful information, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. The diagnosis and recommendations — important. Supraltux provides analysis, guidance, and recommendations. These are informational and advisory. Supraltux does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, or growth outcome. You are responsible for your own business decisions and how you act on any recommendation. 8. Intellectual property. Supraltux and its content, branding, and software are owned by Supraltux. You retain ownership of the business information you submit; you grant Supraltux a license to use that information to provide the service.

9. Third-party services. The service relies on third-party providers (including AI, hosting, and payment services). We are not responsible for those third parties’ own actions.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. No warranties. The Supraltux service, including the growth diagnosis, analysis, recommendations, and all related content, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supraltux disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Supraltux does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis or recommendation will be complete or accurate. No guaranteed outcomes. Supraltux provides business analysis and guidance only. It does not guarantee any particular business result, including any specific revenue, sales, customer growth, or other outcome. Any decision you make based on the service is your own, and you are solely responsible for it. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supraltux, LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service — even if Supraltux has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Maximum liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total combined liability of Supraltux, LLC for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to Supraltux immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
